You can get your free tickets here (http://if-ws4-9-es2005.eventbrite.com/?rank=1#) for a presentation Tuesday, April 9 on various forms Christianity has taken in India.

A group of 12 Wake Forest University faculty, divinity school students, and undergraduates, who traveled to India to study Christianity in December and January, will make the presentation at 7 p.m. at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 520 Summit St. in Winston-Salem.  The program is sponsored by Interfaith Winston-Salem.

This "Multicultural Contexts for Ministry" experience explored the Hindu religious context in India in order to understand the various forms Christianity has taken there. In this presentation, trip participants will analyze themes of religion and culture in relation to the Catholic Church in India, the Church of South India, Evangelical missions, and the Mar Thoma and Syrian Orthodox traditions. They will share photos of many of the religious sites they visited in India.

Presenters: Jessica Chapman, Tasharia Harris, Andrew Luisi, Mandy Mizelle, Sara Reynolds, Katie Schlimmer, Ashley Sims, Caitie Smith, Jessica Stokes, Chelsea Yarborough, and Dr. Michelle Voss Roberts.
